  Data encryption by default

We encrypt all data in-transit that moves between you and ReclaimHub, using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) which protects your data from your browser to our servers. Your data is also encrypted at-rest when it is stored in our databases.

ReclaimHub's infrastructure is built from the start to scale, making sure we will always be available. We have built our systems on Google Cloud's scalable infrastructure, using industry standard techniques to allow remain available and reliable.

  Service level

Our uptime SLA is currently 99.5%, but we consistently hit 99.9%, and continuously fight to reduce all planned or unplanned downtime. All our releases and server upgrades are completed without any downtime.

  Data backups

Our databases are continuously backed up with point-in-time recovery, ensuring we can always recover your data in even the worst case scenario.
